Account
- Forgot password: from the login screen, choose "Forgot password" — you'll receive a code by email to reset it.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA): enable it from Settings → Security to protect your account with an extra code at each login.
- Export or delete my account: Settings → Account → "Export my data" or "Delete my account". Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Premium subscription
- Free trial: 14 days of Premium, no credit card required.
- Subscribe: from the Premium screen in the app.
- Manage or cancel: Settings → Subscription → "Manage subscription" opens the Stripe billing portal. No commitment — Premium access stays active until the end of the paid period.
Using Pomodeep
- Pomodoro technique: 25 minutes of focus, then a 5-minute break (15-30 minutes every 4 sessions). More details in the FAQ.
- Focus sounds: Lo-Fi and white noise are free. 8 more ambiences (forest, rain, fireplace, ocean…) are Premium-only.
- Badges, streaks and goals: visible in the stats tab, they track your progress automatically.
