1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using the Pomodeep app (iOS and Android), you agree to these terms of use. Pomodeep is published by Matthieu Dubois. For any question, you can reach us at support@pomodeep.app.

2. Description of the service

Pomodeep is a productivity app based on the Pomodoro technique: focus timer, task management, statistics and focus sounds. Part of the app is available for free; advanced features require a Premium subscription (see section 4).

3. User account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for any activity carried out from your account.
• You can export or permanently delete your account at any time from the app (Settings → Account).
• We reserve the right to suspend an account in case of abusive or fraudulent use of the service.

4. Premium subscriptions

Pomodeep offers an optional Premium subscription, billed monthly or yearly, with automatic renewal. Exact prices and, where applicable, the current free-trial offer are shown in the app before any purchase.

• Payment is charged to your App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google) account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Subscription management and cancellation are handled directly in your App Store or Google Play account settings — Pomodeep never has access to your payment details.
• Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google, under their own policies; Pomodeep cannot issue refunds directly.
• Losing Premium access (cancellation or failed payment) automatically reverts your account to the free tier, without any loss of your data.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Pomodeep for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to access other users' systems or accounts, and not to disrupt the proper functioning of the service (deliberate overload, reverse engineering, automated data scraping).

6. Intellectual property

The app, its code, design and brand belong to Matthieu Dubois. You retain ownership of the data you create in the app (tasks, notes); we only use it to run the service, in accordance with our privacy policy.

7. Termination

You may stop using Pomodeep and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to an account in case of a violation of these terms, with notice by email whenever reasonably possible.

8. Limitation of liability

Pomodeep is provided "as is". We do our best to ensure the availability and reliability of the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Pomodeep shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use, or inability to use, the app.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the app or to applicable regulations. The last update date is shown at the top of this page; any substantial change will be notified to you in the app.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
