Pomodeep is a productivity app based on the Pomodoro technique, available on iOS and Android. For any question regarding your personal data, you can reach us at support@pomodeep.app.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: email address, password (stored encrypted), preferred language.
• Usage data: tasks, Pomodoro sessions, statistics, badges, weekly goals and preferences (theme, focus sounds, accent color).
• Technical data: IP address and server logs, used only for security purposes (rate limiting, abuse detection).

3. How we use this data

• To run the app and sync your data across devices.
• To send account-related emails: email verification, password reset, weekly report, badge unlocks.
• To secure your account (optional two-factor authentication, login alerts).
• To manage your Premium subscription via our payment provider, Stripe.

4. Hosting and security

Your data is hosted within the European Union. Passwords are stored hashed and never accessible in plain text. All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).

5. Data sharing

We never sell your data and we don't show ads. Your data is only shared with the providers strictly necessary to run the service: hosting (European Union), Stripe (Premium subscription payments), our transactional email provider, and Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-bot protection on the beta sign-up form).

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, port and delete your data. You can export or permanently delete your account at any time from the app (Settings → Account). For any other request, contact us at support@pomodeep.app.

7. Cookies and local storage

This website uses your browser's local storage only to remember your display preference (light/dark theme) — no advertising or tracking cookies are used. In the mobile app, your login credentials are kept in your device's secure storage.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the app or to applicable regulations. The last update date is shown at the top of this page.
